As Training and Development Officer, you will work closely with the teams, senior management, the Board of Directors, and the partners of Rosa Lëtzebuerg asbl to develop, structure, and coordinate training programmes focused on LGBTIQ+ diversity, inclusion, and queer awareness. You will play a key role in identifying training needs, designing educational content, and implementing the formations.lgbt project.
This role is both analytical, structuring, and development-oriented. It requires a proactive approach, a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to think beyond existing frameworks. We are seeking a committed, well-organised, and solution-oriented individual with strong project management and coordination skills, capable of making a lasting contribution to capacity building and knowledge transfer.
Your main missions
- analyse, identify, and formalise training needs related to LGBTIQ+ diversity, inclusion, and queer awareness across institutions, companies, organisations, and the non-profit sector;
- design, develop, and structure training programmes tailored to different target audiences, including training pathways for multipliers;
- train and support multipliers to strengthen the dissemination of skills and knowledge in the field of LGBTIQ+ awareness;
- create, maintain, and further develop an online catalogue of LGBTIQ+ training programmes, listing existing offers in Luxembourg and the Greater Region;
- plan, organise, and coordinate training courses, workshops, and awareness-raising sessions;
- identify, select, and recruit external trainers and subject-matter experts;
- ensure the qualitative, organisational, and administrative follow-up of training activities (preparation, delivery, evaluation, and reporting);
Your profile
- hold a Bachelor’s degree (in social sciences, education sciences, human resources, project management, or an equivalent field);
- have relevant training and/or professional experience in the field of training, education, or project development;
- have very strong knowledge of LGBTIQ+ issues, diversity, and inclusion;
- demonstrate excellent ability to analyse needs and structure educational content;
- ability to work independently in a structured and proactive manner, while collaborating effectively within a team;
- strong organisational, interpersonal, and coordination skills;
- good command of standard office and digital tools;
- proficiency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English;
- experience in non-profit and/or institutional work is considered an asset;
