Our social and cultural groups

Afterwork

Immerse yourself in the world of the LGBTIQ+ community in an inclusive and relaxed atmosphere! Queer After Work is a regular event where people can get together, chat freely and share convivial moments. It is also a great opportunity to celebrate our diversity, forge new bonds and strengthen our sense of community.

Be(come) Yourself

A self-managed trans group in Luxembourg that offers a space for support, exchange and empowerment for trans people and their allies. Together, we defend trans rights, promote networking and organise activities that strengthen solidarity and visibility within the community.

Golden Gays

A social group dedicated to LGBTIQ+ seniors (50+) that meets every month in a friendly atmosphere. The Golden Gays meet on the 17th of each month at the Rainbow Centre (19, rue St Esprit, L-1475) from 6 p.m. onwards. It's the perfect opportunity to chat, make friends and share experiences.

Pink Ladies

A meet-up group for LGBTIQ+ women that meets every second Friday of the month at the Rainbow Centre (19, rue St Esprit, L-1475) from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Bring your friends, drinks and snacks to share a warm and friendly evening with other women from the community.

Politics – Political advocacy group

This group brings together members committed to LGBTIQ+ rights through political action. Together, we work to promote inclusive policies, combat discrimination and make Luxembourg a fairer and more equitable country for all.

Queer Choir Luxembourg

The Queer Choir Luxembourg is a community choir in Luxembourg, open to all queer people. In a friendly atmosphere, we share the joy of singing and celebrate diversity in harmony. Rehearsals take place every Thursday at the Rainbow Centre – come and join us!

Rainbow Business Network

A network of LGBTIQ+ entrepreneurs, initiated by Rosa Lëtzebuerg and focused on local SMEs. Our mission is to create links between entrepreneurs, promote inclusion and strengthen networking within the Luxembourg economic fabric. Together, we value diversity and promote success.

Youth

Rosa Lëtzebuerg and the Rainbow Centre are setting up a group for LGBTIQ+ young people. Interested? Join us! Together, we are building a supportive community where young people can exchange ideas, help each other and grow in an inclusive environment.

Rainbow Faith

A space for LGBTIQ+ people to meet and discuss faith and spirituality. The group encourages the respectful sharing of experiences and regularly participates in religious services, with the aim of fostering an open, inclusive spirituality that respects diversity.

Rainbow Families

A space dedicated to LGBTIQ+ parents and children to share, help each other and have fun together. Whether it's discussing political issues, organising activities or simply enjoying some family fun, we are creating a welcoming, supportive and inclusive community.


Our committees and working groups

Politics & Activism

Working group dedicated to political action and advocacy for LGBTIQ+ rights. Analysis, proposals and monitoring of political and legislative issues.

TIN (Trans, Intersex, Non-binaire)

Group specialising in trans, intersex and non-binary issues, working on awareness raising, rights advocacy and community representation.

Queer Health

Thinking and action group on health issues specific to LGBTIQ+ people, including prevention, access to care and awareness-raising among health professionals.

Queer Events

Group responsible for the design, planning and organisation of Rosa Lëtzebuerg events.

Queer Archive
Group responsible for collecting, preserving and promoting documents related to LGBTIQ+ history in Luxembourg. Management of the archive and development of remembrance projects.
Rainbow Families

Working group focused on the realities of LGBTIQ+ families. Awareness-raising activities, monitoring of family policies, and support for parents and children.

LGBTIQ+ tourism

Group dedicated to the development and promotion of inclusive tourism in Luxembourg. Cooperation with institutional and private partners.

IT & Communication

Technical group responsible for managing the association's digital tools, IT systems and internal and external communications.

Rosa Lëtzebuerg asbl, founded in 1996, is the oldest LGBTIQ+ organisation in Luxembourg. Our mission is to promote visibility, equality and the rights of queer people through political activism, awareness campaigns and cultural and community events. Together, we are working towards a more inclusive and supportive society.
