From Burlesque to Queerlesque
Presented by Leo Rise
Originally a powerful feminist form of expression, burlesque has always challenged norms and continues to evolve as an art form that celebrates diversity and self-expression.
From burlesque to boylesque, nerdlesque, draglesque... let's move beyond labels and embrace QUEER-lesque!
Join Leo Rise to explore the art of teasing while expressing yourself freely - whether as yourself, a character, or the persona you've always wanted to embody.
This workshop is open to everyone. No previous experience or prior knowledge is required.
Participants acknowledge that they may appear on pictures and videos that will be posted online on Burlesque Luxembourg asbl and the teachers' social media accounts.
The event is free but the participants are invited to donate the sum of their choice while signing up. The money will be donated entirely to Fondation Cancer Luxembourg for Blue November.
