As Communications Officer, you will work in close collaboration with the teams, senior management, and the Board of Directors of Rosa Lëtzebuerg asbl to design, develop, and implement a coherent, inclusive, and meaningful communication strategy. You will actively contribute to enhancing the organisation’s visibility, promoting its projects, and strengthening the outreach and impact of its commitments.
This position combines creativity, rigour, and autonomy. It requires the ability to think strategically while ensuring effective operational implementation. We are looking for a proactive, committed, and solution-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently while fully engaging in a collaborative and team-driven environment.
Your main tasks
- develop, define, and oversee the internal and external communication strategy of the association and its services;
- draft, coordinate, and produce communication content (press releases, articles, website content, and social media posts, etc.);
- independently design, plan, and implement communication campaigns;
- define campaign objectives, key messages, channels, and timelines in coordination with the team, senior management, and the board of directors;
- manage and animate communication channels (website, social media, newsletters, and print and digital materials);
- promote the activities, projects, and events of rosa lëtzebuerg asbl and its services;
- ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and the institutional positioning of the association and its services.
Your profile
- hold a secondary or technical secondary school diploma;
- have relevant training and/or proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role;
- excellent writing and conceptual skills;
- ability to work independently in a structured and proactive manner, while collaborating effectively within a team;
- excellent organisational skills and a strong sense of priorities;
- strong command of digital communication tools, social media platforms, and standard office software;
- strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (in particular InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator);
- proficiency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English;
- knowledge of the local LGBTIQ+ community and experience in associative or non-profit work are considered an asset.
